“Jimin and Jung Kook are not only the best dancers in the music industry and high energy performers, they are amazing solo artists. They have participated immensley in BTS is song writing, composing and even producing some songs. They have both had singles thar have charted and broken several records. Jimin’s song “Filter” has now spent 80 weeks on Billboard’s World Digital Song Sales Chart. Jung Kook has two songs “Euphoria” has spent 86 weeks while “My Time” has spent 82 weeks on the World Digital Songs Sales Billboard chart.

BTS Jimin’s “FILTER” Has Officially Spent a Full Year on Billboard’s World Digital Songs Sales Chart

Filter” is a solo track from BTS’s fourth full-length album, “Map of the Soul: 7”, which was released on February 21st 2020. Jimin is the one who came up with its concept. “I came up with this song ‘Filter’,” he explained, in an interview with Spotify.

“Filters can be the things within a camera application, or social media, but it can also mean people’s perspective or prejudice. I took these various meanings and expressed it into the song of how I want to present myself to the world in many different ways. I think I’ll be able to show a new side of me that’s very different from my previous tracks, “Serendipity” and “Lie”.”

Filter has achieved countless records and achievements. BTS’s Jimin became the first Korean artist to cross 100 million streams on Spotify for 3 of his solo songs. His songs include Lie, Serendipity & Filter. In April 2020, Jimin’s Lie became his solo song to receive over 100 million streams on Spotify, which is a music streaming service.
