“My Universe” is now BTS’s sixth song to top the Hot 100, following “Dynamite,” (2020) “Savage Love (Laxed – Siren Beat)” with Jawsh 685 and Jason Derulo, “Life Goes On,” (2020) “Butter,” (2021) and “Permission to Dance.” (2021). BTS has has achieved six No. 1s in a year and just over one month, thus becoming the second fastest to do achive this feat after The Beatles’ whose record was one year and two weeks in 1964-1966.

According to MRC Data, My Universe” drew 11.5 million U.S. streams and 5.5 million radio airplay audience impressions and sold 127,000 downloads and physical singles combined in its first week, ending Sept. 30
