BTS’ Tiny Desk Performances on NPR’s YouTube Channel Finally Have English Subtitles

On 21st September 2020, BTS Performed with a live band for NPR’s Tiny Desk Home Concert. They performed the songs “Dynamite” “Save Me” and “Spring Day”

Stephen Thompson had revealed under the video description that, “We’ve been trying to make a BTS Tiny Desk concert happen for years now — even gaming out ways we might move Bob Boilen’s desk far enough forward to accommodate the superstar Korean boy band’s dance moves. In the end, it took a global pandemic — and the launch of Tiny Desk (home) concerts back in March — to make something happen.

BTS’ Tiny Desk ‘Home’ Concert Leaves a Great Impact on NPR, ARMYs Generosity is Matchless

“When BTS performed on NPR Music’s Tiny Desk (Home) Concert, in just 25 minutes, the video broke the record for the most-viewed Tiny Desk performance within 24 hours of premiering. It gained over 6 million views 24 hours later. Now the performance has 12 million views and counting. According NPR spokesperson Isabel Lara, the NPR Music YouTube channel got 100, 000 new subscribers, after the performance.

ARMYs Show Vocal Appreciation for BTS’ Tiny Desk Home Concert Performance

“It is safe to say that this is BTS’ best live performance EVER! Well, until they top it with another, which is to be expected without a doubt. Using a live band for this ‘Dynamite’, ‘Save Me’ and ‘Spring Day’ performance was the best decision ever. It gave ARMY the chance to appreciate and enjoy all the wonderful vocals that all BTS members posses.
