BTS Charts Entire Album On “World Digital Song Sales Chart”

When Skool Luv Affair Album was repackaged and re-released as a special Edition, it Debuted at No. 12 on last Week’s Billboard 200 , was the top 5 best selling Album that week and had its first-ever placement On Billboard’s Rap Albums Chart. And it seems the album is out for revenge and world domination! This week Forbes reported that the album charted ALL its songs on the World Digital Song Sales Chart. A feat that only BTS can relate since topping charts is somewhat of the new-old normal for them. Not only did the songs from the Album chart but 3 songs from 2 different albums also charted. BTS’ “Skool Luv Affair” Album Makes History on Billboard’s Top Rap Album Chart

On 14th October Big Hit Entertainment announced that there will be a return of the classic ‘Skool Luv Affair Special Addition’ which would be available for Pre-order. Fast forward to two weeks later and the 6 year old Album has made history on Billboards once gain. According to Forbes.com Skool Luv Affair debuted on Billboard’s Top Rap Albums chart this week. “Skool Luv Affair” launched at No. 7 on the latest edition of the Top Rap Albums chart. This is BTS’ first placement on the genre-specific tally which is a great achievement considering the fact that they have never appeared on any of Billboards’ lists that solely focuses full-lengths that fit under hip-hop or rap. “Skool Luv Affair” is also this week’s top 5 selling Albums in the US and debuted at number 12 in the Billboard200.

BTS ‘Skool Luv Affair’ Album Debuts at No. 12 on This Week’s Billboard 200

BTS ‘Skool Luv Affair’ 6 year old Album debuted this week on the Billboard 200 Chart. “Skool Luv Affair” is the second extended play by BTS. The album was released on February 12, 2014. It contains ten tracks; “Intro: Skool Luv Affair”, “Boy In Luv”, “Skit: Soulmate”, “Where You From”, “Just One Day”, “Tomorrow”, “BTS Cypher Pt. 2: Triptych”, “Spine Breaker”, “Jump”, and “Outro: Propose” , with “Boy in Luv” as the lead single M/V, which came with its video for its “Choreography Version”. The repackaged version was released on May 14 with two new tracks: “Miss Right” and “I Like It (Slow Jam Remix)”. The physical copy of the repackage album, “Skool Luv Affair” Special Addition, contains a total of 18 tracks with the addition of six instrumentals. The music video for “Boy in Luv” was released on February 11, 2014. BTS entered the Billboard World Digital Songs chart for the second time, with three songs from the album ranking on the chart. Lead single “Boy In Luv” charted at number five, and secondary single “Just One Day” charted at number 25 during its promotional period in April.
