“You must not lose faith in humanity. Humanity is an ocean; if a few drops of the ocean are dirty, the ocean does not become dirty.” – Mahatma Gandhi. Truer words were never said than these, and humanity is varied but when a number of individuals come together in one mind and agenda, then greatness happens, good things come out of it and they end up caring about the other. BTS ARMY are the most widly varied fadom in the world, apart from their large number, they come in all sizes, creed, color, race, sexuality, religion, geography, location among other individual things that meke each one of them different. But when it comes to their love for the seven members of BTS, all things boil down to having that humanity to serve and help others.
For BTS’ birthdays, ARMY gathers together, whether physically or virtually to gift the members the gift of saving someone’s life, feeding someone hungry, clothing someone naked or just offering their presenece to someone in need. On SUGA’s birthday, it was no different, as much as there were projects celebrating his birthday, there were countless more projects that were to lend a hand to someone in need. From his hometown South Korea, to Malaysia, Russia, Paraguay, Uganda, Syria, Pakistan, US, Peru, Nicaragua, so many different countries all joined forces to celebrate a great artist who not only cares for his music but everyone around him.
SUGA has inspired a lot of care from everyone who gets to know him and his birthday is usually the time that his fans can show and shower him with the love he gives others.
