BTS Will Perform From Seoul During “The Global Citizen Live” Here’s How To Watch The Event Live

“BTS will perform from Seoul, South Korea during The “Global Citizen Live.” BTS are part of a host of various artists that will grace the event that seeks to shed light on how the world can defend the planet and defeat poverty. Global Citizens, artists and leaders from all over the world will be represented at the event which is part of “Global Citizen’s” campaign for a Recovery Plan for the World, which focuses on COVID-19, ending the hunger crisis, resuming learning for all, protecting the planet; and advancing equity for all. The event will be broadcast live for 24 hours September 25th from the major cities so no matter where you are in the world, you can watch “Global Citizen Live.” Here’s how

You can watch the whole event on the website at and on the Global Citizen YouTube channel. You can also tune in via Apple Music, Apple TV, and view the global stream on Twitter on the Global Citizen Twitter channel. The entire show will be available for everyone to stream starting on Sept. 25 at 1 p.m. ET. For specific regions, here is how you can tune in to the mega event.

In AFRICA, Multichoice will be airing a special highlights show across Africa on Sunday, Sept. 26. Check your local listings to find tune-in times. AIM Group will be broadcasting in Nigeria. In South Africa, you can tune in to the show on S3 and SABC.

In the US, from coast to coast, you can catch every world-changing second of Global Citizen Live airing on ABC News Live. The ABC News Live broadcast will be available on Hulu and the Roku Channel. Time will also stream the event on On Sept. 26, ABC will televise a one-hour Global Citizen Live special. FX will broadcast a four-hour pre-show on Sunday, Sept. 26. And if you can’t watch it on your big screen, Global Citizens can listen via the iHeart Station on iHeartRadio on Sept. 25.

If you’re based in the UK, we’ve got a treat for you — Global Citizen Live will be broadcast across the country by BBC One from 5:30 p.m. BST on Sept. 25 and across the BBC platforms until 3 a.m. There will also be a special highlights show airing on BBC One on Sunday from 4:30 p.m. BST. You’ll also be able to tune in via radio for a special highlights show with Trevor Nelson on BBC Radio 2 on Sunday, Sept. 26, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. BST.

And on Sunday, BBC Radio 1 will be recapping Global Citizen Live with a special Life Hacks show, hosted by Vick Hope and Katie Thistleton. The show will take a further look into some of the issues raised and will play out some of the sets from the event. 

In France — where Elton John, Ed Sheeran, Doja Cat, and more will grace our stage in front of the Eiffel Tower on the iconic Champ de Mars — viewers can watch the whole show from the comfort of their homes on TF1/TMC. The broadcast will be available for France and French territories.

For Global Citizens in Italy, you can watch the show on Sept. 25 through Sky Uno & TV8. Check your local listings for what time to tune in.

In Germany, the broadcast event will be made available via MagentaTV and MagentaMusik 360. Check your local listings for times of when you can watch.

Latin America. Can’t make it to our show in Rio? If you’re in Brazil you can watch Global Citizen Live on Saturday, Sept. 25, on Multishow and Bis. In Mexico, TV Azteca will broadcast the show, so check your local listings!

If you’re tuning in from Australia, Channel 9 will be airing the full 24-hour broadcast on 9Now on Sunday, Sept. 26. And if you miss it, don’t worry — 9Now will be airing the highlights on Friday, Oct. 1

In ASIA. In Singapore, all 24 hours of Global Citizen Live will be available on Channel 5, meWATCH, and meLISTEN.
