South Korean indie singer eAeon and BTS’ RM scored collaborative song “Don’t” topped the Worldwide iTunes Song chart in the United States and in over 70 countries. On Friday 30th April, eAeon unveiled “Fragile,” his second solo album which features “Don’t,” as its lead track. “Dont’s” music video tells the dramatic and tragic romance of a couple growing apart yet still yearning for each other.
“Don’t” is the duo’s second collaboration. RM and eAeon previously worked together on “badbye,” a song from RM’s 2018 mixtape, “mono” On their collaboration, eAeon said,
“I gave the accompaniment to RM without any instructions or guidance, saying ‘This is your part,’ and he gave me perfect lyrics, melody, and vocal arrangement“
Today eAeon updated his Twitter post expressing his gratitude, he wrote,
“#1 on iTunes in 76 countries#1 on the iTunes Worldwide chart 5m+ views on YouTube. The title song Don’t (ft. RM) got unbelievable results only a day & a half after it was released. I am deeply thankful to the fans who love me & esp grateful for the amazing support from ARMY” eAeon
